Learning To Fly w/ minor change

I drew the alicorn with my mother in mind, and Zip with my younger brother in mind. To me it kind of made sense to put them together.
My brother is 9 years old, so he still has a lot to learn about many things lol

If anyone is curious as to what the alicorns cutie mark is, it is the kanji symbol for harmony (I did the best I could with it. That kanji stuff if harder than it looks lol)
Sorry for such a long winded explanation of the picture. I just want some understanding as to why i drew this the way i did (if that makes any sense lol)

I decided to put the OCs names in the drawing. the alicorn is Faith and the Pegasus is Zip. no other changes were made, i just thought it would look nice if put their names down.
i will say that i am quite proud of the way Faiths name came out, because i have terrible handwriting (it did take at least a half hour to write her name though lol)
